Medical Enrichment Day

Mrs Morris-Torr very kindly organised for the school to be visited by student doctors.  Every class in the school was fortunate to have a workshop session with the doctors.  In Year Five eight student doctors did workshops on the heart and how to use a stethoscope to listen to the heart, the bones of the body, germs and how to clean hands correctly and the various tools that doctors use, what they are and how to use them.  The workshops were great fun and we all enjoyed them.  Thank you very much to the students from Dereford Hospital.
