In Year 4, we celebrated Number Day by taking part in lots of exciting maths activities that we all really enjoyed. We began by completing a thinking frame to explore how maths is used in everyday life and discovered that more than 40 different jobs rely on maths skills. Later, we took part in financial literacy activities with Barclays, where we learnt about money and budgeting. We also explored Roman numerals, linking our maths learning to our history topic on the Romans. It was a fun and busy day full of learning!
