PE- Fitness and Circuits

In Year 4 PE, we are taking part in cross‑country and working hard to improve our fitness. At the start of each lesson, we complete a fitness circuit with ten different stations, recording our reps and timings in our fitness diaries. This helps us track our progress, beat our personal bests each week, and strengthen our cardiovascular system. Year 4 has shown fantastic determination and resilience, always pushing themselves to go a little further each time.
