Class F/1 have been busy using their exceptional explorer skills this week to discover the first signs of Autumn!
As part of our Year 1 geography work on weather, we went outside to see what changes the new season is bringing. The children set off with their Autumn checklist and managed to spot almost everything on their list - including acorns, conkers, seeds, blackberries, fungi and lots of beautifully coloured leaves.
It was a wonderful opportunity to connect our learning with the world around us and to see first-hand how the seasons change our environment. Well done, explorers!
