SUSTRANS update

27th November 2023

SUSTRANS project update.
Last week our KS2 Steering group members met with Ashlea from SUSTRANS to position the scientific equipment she had collected to test the air pollution around our school. The group selected three key areas to place the equipment that will read the information we require . One is outside by the main gate where lots of traffic gathers, one is in our beautiful school grounds and one is in the heart of our school -the main hall. The group recorded the time, location and date so that the results can be accurately collected and read in a few weeks time. We look forward to finding out the information.
As part of our year long project with SUSTRANS which stands for Sustainable Travel we would dearly love your opinions and ideas to help the group know more about our school community. The survey should take no more than 5 mins to complete.
Please click on the link below -this is live until the end of November and we'd really love your support .

P.S. There will be a random prize draw by Ashlea from SUSTRANS at the end of November for all those that have completed the survey.
The prize will be a £20 voucher for Tesco and a bike goody bag.
A great prize for 5 mins of your time.
